As part of its Awareness Program, the Philippine Honeynet Project conducts trainings and/or presentations to promote information security awareness and education in the Philippines.

Historically, information about attackers has been limited to the tools they use. The Philippine Honeynet Project shall provide critical additional information, such as their motives in attacking, how they communicate, when they attack systems and their actions after compromising a system.
