Honeynet Trendwatch Report
The Honeynet Trendwatch or the Historical Honeynet Activity Monitor collates statistics like timeseries data and totals gathered from the Daily Honeynet Monitor. Data labels are based on Snort IDS signatures. Honeynet Trendwatch currently includes the following: Time series average of attacks, scans and other unauthorized events Total distribution of attacks in days of the week Total distribution of attacks in hours of the day Total distribution of top 10 country sources Timeseries distribution of country sources Time series distribution of events correlated with snort classifications Total distribution of events correlated with snort classifications Time series distribution of signatures categorized by snort classifications Total distribution of top 10 ports correlated with unauthorized events Time series distribution of top 20 ports correlated to unauthorized events Time series distribution and total distribution of signatures correlated with top 20 ports Total distribution of top 20 signatures
